How do I track my order?

 

You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. 

Please Note: You may also receive your items in different shipments as warehouse inventory may fluctuate. You will receive tracking information for all your items purchased. 

 

 

What are your shipping times? (see Shipping Policy)

All orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) during business hours.  Our Current processing time is 1-2 business days. Once shipped standard shipping may vary typically between 7- 14 days for delivery. Once your package is shipped from our processing center- we are not liable for any delays experienced in-transit. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. 

Please Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends. (Saturdays and Sundays) We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Due to high demand some order processing and shipping times may vary- During holidays and weekends please allow 3 -5 business day for your order to be fulfilled.
What happens if I have the wrong address or address information is incorrect? 
Package is returned to us due to INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, is marked "UNCLAIMED" or "RETURN TO SENDER," or has been deemed "UNDELIVERABLE" for any reason by the carrier, We will notify you by email. 
Customers are responsible for any RTS (return to sender) fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly. Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package or refund the subtotal of your order minus the RTS (return to sender) fee.
If you select to have the package reshipped you will need to pay the RTS (return to sender fee) and a shipping fee.

To avoid this Please always double check address information. If you notice an error, send US an email right away to correct the error.

What if I want a refund?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion Mila Paris Collection. 

We do not offer prepaid return labels and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return. We will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit back to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do you process refunds? 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

All Returnable items may be returned for Store Credit ONLY

My items are damaged. What do I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
